REFLECT, MOVE, GROW

A nature-based group experience to help you reset, reconnect, and move forward with clarity and purpose.

WHAT IS HIKE & GROW

Hike & Grow is a small-group offering that blends 30 minutes of guided coaching with a 1-hour reflective hike in a beautiful natural setting.

Each session invites you to step away from the noise, tune in to what matters, and walk with others on a similar journey of growth and alignment.

This experience is:

  • Grounded, supportive, and spacious

  • Rooted in emotional wellness, self-leadership, and values-based reflection

  • Ideal for anyone seeking realignment, renewal, or momentum—personally or professionally

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • 30-minute group coaching conversation led by Allyson, centered on a growth-focused topic

  • 1-hour guided hike at a gentle pace

  • Optional reflection prompts or journaling

  • Closing circle to help integrate the experience

You don’t need to be a “hiker”—just someone open to moving through something with intention.

WHO'S IT FOR

This experience is for leaders, helpers, and growth-minded individuals who are:

FAQ

What if it rains?
We’ll hike in light rain (with appropriate gear). If weather is severe, the session will be rescheduled or a credit will be offered.

Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many participants attend solo. You’ll be welcomed just as you are, and there’s always space for connection or quiet reflection.

Is this therapy or coaching?
This is a group coaching experience, not therapy. If you're looking for deeper emotional processing or one-on-one support, I also offer individual counselling and coaching.

Do I need to be super fit or “outdoorsy”?Not at all. Each Hike & Grow session varies in difficulty—some are gentle with no elevation, others include moderate climbs. You can choose the dates that suit your comfort level. This is about intentional movement, not athletic performance.

Levels of Difficulty

 🟢 Gentle

Flat or lightly rolling terrain. A relaxed pace, suitable for beginners or those seeking a slow, reflective experience.
Example label: Gentle | No Elevation | 3 km

🟡 Moderate

Some elevation gain and mixed terrain. Ideal for those comfortable with light cardio and trail walking.
Example label: Moderate | Some Elevation | 5 km

🔴 Challenging

Includes steeper climbs or longer distances. Best for participants who enjoy a more physically engaging hike and are prepared for uneven terrain.
Example label: Challenging | Elevation Gain | 6+ km
